The cheese presented here is all produced on the Van Leeuwen Farm. This is the farm where I spent a large part of my youth and that inspired me. They make their own cheese 4 times a week. The cows graze the banks of the river Lek which is an arm of the river Rhine. Read more on Van Leeuwens farm
